Ray Zhang is HelioVector's founder and a principal client-facing leader. Delivery is collaborative: team members contribute across engineering, modeling, commercial diligence, controls, and project management, with additional discipline and local expertise engaged to suit the scope.

Ray leads energy strategy, quantitative analysis, critical-load integration, and key technical and commercial interfaces.
His experience spans renewable energy and microgrid delivery, AI data center power systems, North American energy strategy, and quantitative infrastructure risk. He works within integrated HelioVector and client teams to connect strategic decisions with executable project requirements.
